Room, for 4 people, was really small and hard to move around! Very hard to find the room to put your bags and be able to walk. But it was very clean and the staff were nice.

Overall, our stay at Oops hostel was disappointing. We made a change to our booking within the appropriate time window and they communicated the new amount we owed. However, when we arrived we were asked for €20 more than what we had been told over email. Since the hostel required us to pay in cash, we had only withdrawn the amount we had originally thought we needed. They refused to let us put our bags in the room until we went back out into the pouring rain and got €20 more from the ATM.

Nice location. Nice bathroom. A nice and polite gentlemen behind the counter.
BUT: The service ladies behind the counter has been unfortunately a bit to rude. Sorry to say that.
AND a weakt point:: Beds for small people. Beds more for peole till 12 years.
The beds must have been 40 yeras old.
4 beds but only two hooks. 1 little desk but only 2 chiars. That shout get improved.
If this could be improved everything would be fine.
