nice hostel, good vibes, lots of people passing through with a few long term stays. Kitchen was big, small common area, great location.

One of the only hostels I’ve stayed at where the wifi actually works in the rooms 😍 Good lockers for your stuff before/after you check out - don’t have to ask a staff member for a key cos it’s BYO padlock. Bedrooms were decent and shower all worked well. Kitchen was alright but jobs kept turning off?

The hostel was fine for a short stay either side of our Whitsundays trip but very basic and quite run down. Private twin room was overpriced for what it was. No AC or fans in the kitchen and social space meant that it was boiling hot to cook and be in. Not much atmosphere and not very sociable but quiet for sleeping.
