i got bed bugs from the mattress i was on, and the reception didn’t really care. they moved me to a different room but still charged me for my whole stay. i love love love sorrento and i was amazed at how lovely the hostel was and how nice the reception was until that happened :/ no one else in my room had any issues that i know of, so it could have been just my mattress, but i just wished i could have gotten a refund at the bare minimum

10/10 would recommend. It wwas amazing to take a bath, the location was great, it is not a party hostel, but a greay place to take a break from Napoli.
