Property Description
Casa Verde Limón, built in 1925, was recently restored and decorated by the artist Ximena Urra. It is located in a great central location, in Subida Cumming, at the foot of Cerro Alegre and Concepcion. The property is close to restaurants, bars, Victoria railway, Ex-carcel Cultural Center and only 2 blocks from downtown.
Also we offer Spanish-Art Classes and the possibility to participate in public art in Valparaiso streets.
We have double, triple, twin and single rooms and 6 bed dormitory rooms, all with comfortable beds and shared bathrooms. Also, we have a double room with private bathroom and kitchen and 1 apartment with sea view (doublé room and 2 twin beds).
If you looking for privacy. We have another building 80 meters form Casa Verde Limon called Casa Violeta Limón. The building has 11 furnished apartments/lofts with bathroom and kitchen . Each one having a different design inspired by Asian deities. We have: 3 apartments for 4 people and 8 lofts for 1-2 persons.

The Reception is open from 9:00 to 21:00 hrs., at 198 Cumming Street. Someone will meet the guest on location.
COVID -19 check-in. In order to check-in, call or WhatsApp us +56 9 76693271, somebody will get to the reception in 5 to 10 minutes. You must wear a face mask for the reception.

Extremely clean property, bathrooms and showers are great. Good kitchen that is fully equipped.
When I was there I had a 6 bunk dorm to myself, which was good but the atmosphere was dead with nobody else really around.
The location is central, however Valparaiso in general did not feel safe, especially alone at night. Do not recommend staying more than 2 nights in Valparaiso.

Casa Verde Limon was great. The location is central but not in a spot that is incredibly loud with night life. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. I do recommend requesting extra blankets because the rooms can get very cold!

We loved the property and the facilities were great. The location is great for tourists, but it’s very loud at night due to a large number bars nearby. You will need earplugs.
