All room are en-suite and rates include clean, fresh linen.
Our fully-equipped self-catering kitchen and comfortable dining room will help you beat the credit crunch, while you make friends and share travel stories. We have free guided walking tours of Dublin city every day, plus a ton of other free stuff, such as free Wi-Fi (lobby only), free city maps and guides. You can also hire a towel for 1 euro.
Our location is unbeatable; we're one minute's walk to Trinity College, Temple Bar and O'Connell Street and bus stops to Airport/ Ferry Terminals/Guinness Brewery/Heuston Station.
When making a booking for a dormitory we will do our best to keep your group together but we cannot guarantee that your group will all be in the same room.
Group bookings of 10 or more must be booked directly with the hostel, multiple room bookings will be cancelled if numbers exceed 10 people (different booking terms and conditions apply for 10+guests)
Children under 16 years cannot sleep in dormitory rooms shared with other guests.
You must have photo ID and valid credit card at check-in.
Please note that maximum length of stay is 9 nights. This applies cumulatively to separate bookings in a 6 month period.

Could not be better situated. Easy check in/out. Accessible common areas. Room was clean and (relatively) quiet, although there's not much that can be done with outside sounds in the heart of a city. A fantastic value for what you are enjoying.

Good location, fine room setup, but it was so damp. Just so moist. Pretty gross. Recommend considering a hotel for not much more money.

This experience was so bad that we left, no refund, and got a hotel down the road. When we got into our room the beds were used and unclean. We went down to tell the guy at the front desk, and he responded with a condescending attitude, lack of surprise/ slight care that the beds were clearly used and unclean. He told us that this was normal for a hostel and we “must have never stayed at a hostel before,†and then proceeded to give us sheets and told us to make the beds and sleep in them.

Abigails Hostel says
I think we've got an unbeatable location in Temple Bar, overlooking the Liffey. This is a converted hotel, so families and older guests feel at home, too. Plus we've got a bright, open-plan communal area-great for socialising, web surfing, watching movies⦠For fun we have a free walking tour every morning and a pub crawl from the hostel every evening. We're quite close to Trinity College and Dublin Castle, but my favourite place to recommend is the Guinness Brewery.
