I had a bad experience on the phone with someone from the hostel while riding the train into San Sebastián. They threatened to cancel my reservation even though I had already paid. They demanded that I email them another credit card number even though they already had one on file. They were incredibly rude and hung up on me twice. Additionally, there was an AC unit in the room but they wouldn’t turn it on, and there was never anyone available at the front desk.

Everything was good, just be aware there is no WIFI and wont be for a while apparently the cable is been rerun.. great rooms and bathrooms were mint 👌ðŸ¼

This hostel over charged me by €408. When I arrived they told me there card machine was out of battery and would charge my card I had on hostel world out of convenience at a later time, they Len took out the amount owed plus 2 x transactions of €204.00. Upon trying to contact them about the over charged transactions they were rude and did not want to help at all saying they would look at it when they can, on the 3rd phone call they just hung up on me.
