The good: perfect location right on the walking street and next to the terminal, staff were helpful and the included breakfast makes it an absolute bargain.
The bad: Bathrooms were filthy and you basically shower standing on the toilet, shower was also cold. Rooms were dirty, pillow lumpy and just a general dirty vibe about the whole room.
If this is a one night stop over to get on the ferrie or extremely budget focused then it is what it is.

Good location, but staff seemed to have given up any effort of customer experience/hospitality, stayed in the big dorm and the toilets were grim and the place in general is falling apart… the only saviour is the chef who made a great effort, was friendly and made delicious breakfast!

Pay for what you get. Location is great. Rooms and bed are ok. Shower is tiny and cold. Toilets could be cleaner. Breakfast was really nice and refillable water
