Onsen Hostel Hinoemi is your home away from home. Located only 45min away from center of Tokyo by bullet train. We have wealth of experience in the industry and know what travelers value and need during their stay.

We have our own Onsen(hot spring) inside our property. You can enjoy our natural hot spring as much as you want during you stay.

If you are looking for chill out, peaceful countryside atmosphere, this is the place you should try.
Free Wifi access is also available throughout the property.

Property Policy and Conditions:

*Bath tax*
There will be 150 yen spa tax for per guest /per night.

1).Cancellation Policy:
-50% of room rate shall be charged if you inform us 1 day prior to the accommodation date.
-100% of room rate shall be charged if your cancellation date is on the accommodation day.
-Based on Japan Standard Time.
-NO SHOW
If we could not confirm your arrival by 11:00 pm, we consider the guest as NO SHOW CASE and we cancel the booking. Please note that we charge 100% for the first 2 nights and 50% for the third night in that case.

2).Check in time is 3PM - 10:30PM.
Check out time: by 11:00 am.
Our business hour is from 7am to 11pm.
If guests arrive at our hostel before check in time, we can keep their luggage until their check in time.

3).We accept cash payment only upon arrival.

4).We collect 150yen/person(12years old and more)/night for bath tax in any case.
