Worst experience in over 15 years traveling and backpacking.
I paid online for a six bedroom. I paid, checked in and was shown to a 12 bed dorm. Complained and was then shown to 9 bed dorm and told that was it. Gathered my thoughts and decided it was not acceptable.
I explained the situation and was told 'you get what you get' and I should 'maybe go out and enjoy the sun'. I disagreed with this point of view and asked for my money back to which they said 'no refunds'. WTAF! SCAM.

Great hostel with helpful staff. Well located for anyone looking to visit Warung beach club and only a short walk to the main city beach with a neighbouring supermarket and pharmacy. Thanks for the stay!
