Property Description
BaanMaiSak is a small homestay-base dormitory hostel that run by Kent's family in the town of Pai. We offers mixed dorm and female dorm, both featuring with air-conditioning, small locker, and shared bathroom with hot shower outside the room. We provide free coffee, tea. cookie and refill water in the kitchen. Quiet and chill shared lounge is provided for everyone.
Available parking space for bikes/scooter on site and travelers are able to do their reading on the hammock or games at the balcony.
We are not a party hostel ,but we do welcome people to come chill and rest with friends.

1.Check-in Time: from 2.00pm.(Early check-in depend on availability)
2.Check-out Time: before 12.00pm.(Please inform staff for late check-out)
3.Payment: Cash (THB) only upon arrival.
4.Cancellation Policy: Up to 3 days advance notice before the arrival date is required.
5.Age Restriction: 16 years old to 50 years old.
6.Reception Hours: from 9:00am to 8:00pm.
7.If you snoring loud, please book a private room.
8.No smoking, No eating, No alcohol in the room.
9.A/C in the dorm will be turn off from 12.00pm to 7.00pm due to energy saving. (PLEASE DO NOT BOOK IF YOU FEEL DON'T LIKE IT)
10.Be quiet after 23:00.
11.No loud noise, No heavy alcohol drink, No drug.
STRICTLY NO OUTSIDER IN THE ROOM. ONE BED ONE PERSON. (Visitor are welcome in the common area.)

I loved my stay at Baan Mai Sak. It's a small homestay/hostel with the most wonderful owners. I met great people while I was there and Chan and his wife are so lovely and kind. I felt at home and hope to be back the next time I'm in Pai.
AC and fan at night make the dorm comfortable for sleep. WiFi works well if you need to work.
