Strengths:Good location Weaknesses: Spotty Wifi, No AC except fron 8pm-8am and it's stil hot and uncomfortable, dirty toilets/shower, No kitchen or food prep/storage area, free water but no water dispenser. Opportunities: Remodel, new management, corporate sponsorship. Threats: No rebooks from disgruntled guests. Reputation damage.

Cheap bed but no atmosphere. If all your looking for is a cheap bed this is the place. Quiet, comfy, and outlets at each bed. A/c is nice
