Lovely hostel. Very quiet, in spite being located right on Gran Vía. The staff was absolutely lovely, and helped me with my (heavy) suitcases. Would definitely return again!

The only thing that really bugged me was you couldn't have visits over or stay in the common areas overnight. It's hard to find the entrance at first, I had to ask at another, clearly marked, hostel, two floors below. Otherwise, the hostel is a very inviting, calm, and cozy environment where it is a pleasure to stay. It is also very quiet overnight which I really appreciated.
