Goclands is a small very Original Coliving Hostel Guest House Villa. Landing platform for Digital Nomads/Students/Workers in Aix en Provence for People looking nice people and respectful. Possible mid term occupancy above all after summer
Featuring sunny terraces , small pool in a nice trees garden, Goclands is located near the sunny city of Aix-en-Provence, in the north side of the city in a little Valley.
Goclands is a friendly collaborative property, perfect for those who are looking for affordable rooms and meet new friends with dormitories.
The villa is located in a lively and vibrant sunny and calm Valley.
Aix is a student city. Cours Mirabeau is 1.9 km from Goclands, while Sciences Politics Aix University is 1.3 km from the property. The nearest airport is Marseille Provence Airport, 21 km from Goclands. And Tgv Train for Paris 10km via shuttle
Goclands offers a range of accommodations, private rooms, sometimes private apartments, shared rooms, and shared kitchens n bathrooms and good wifi.
Shops n bus are 100m.
Goclands policies and conditions:
No access for wheelchair persons unfortunately. Too many stairs
And not easy for deaf and blind people due to garden and corridor

5e Laundry once a week
Donation for food n drinks
Just oil paper salt offered to tourists, résidents manage their own after more than 2 weeks there
Woofing possible but agreed on site ( digital, DIY., Renovation, cleaning...)
In low season:
Check-in time starts at 7 pm. Please drop your stuff before 9pm
Or by code during day
then you have code to comeback whenever you want without noise:)
Check-out time is 11 am.
Please advice your arrival time for respect by sms or time:)
Payment types accepted at this property: cash & blue card, PayPal, Lydia.
Cancellation policy: 72 hours before arrival. No refund. Just postpone trips eventually during a quarter
Taxes not included - Local occupancy tax 0.80 euros per person per night.
Extra-cost: 20 euros per person per day.
General:
No 24-hour reception. Opening time is @ lunch time to drop bags and then at dinner time

They party everyday until 4 am with very loud music, it's impossible to get any sleep before that and nothing is clean.

Keeping it real, this isn’t a hostel and not at all how it was advertised. I booked a 4 bed mixed dorm, bfast included. I searched for a place in Marseille and assumed this place would be close. That’s my fault not looking at the location but I jumped on the cheapest place before the last 3 beds were left. It’s like 30km way. 40 min train, €10, + 40 min walk. it’s like an overcrowded, disorganized, college house. I was placed in an 8 bed male dorm. No bfast. no TP or soap in most bathrooms.
