Absolutely amazing hostel! Great location in old quarter but tucked away on side street so quiet at night. Free beer for half hour is a great way to meet other travelers. Nancy at reception was SO helpful in booking us tours around northern Vietnam (Ha Giang, HaLong Bay). Facilities clean and modern.

Extremely friendly reception staff who seemed to know everyone by name. Ninh binh and Ha Long bay trips arranged through hostel were very good value for money. Nice cheap breakfast. Secure luggage storage when away on trips.

Honestly, never lived in a hostel before but this experience was absolutely amazing! The place was super clean. Staff was super helpful. Specially the front reception staff. Can’t praise them enough. We were there for only 4 nights. The reception staff helped us plan our time in Vietnam and helped with booking us tours.
Will definitely recommend this place and will definitely go back to Vietnam and this hostel again.
The front reception staff deserves a pay rise!
