1. Check in time is 2 pm.
2. Check out time before 12 noon. Return the key.
3. Reception Hours: from 8am. to 9pm.
4. Passport is strictly required for check-in.
5. If your arrival will be delayed by more than three hours, please kindly inform us otherwise you bed will be re-opened.
6. Late check in after 9pm. Please notify us by e-mail prior to your arrival.
7. Cash (THB) payment only upon arrival.
8. Cancellation policy: Up to 14 days advance notice prior to arrival date is required.
9. Age restriction: Children below 15 years old are not allowed to stay in hostel.
10. Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking area.
11. A refundable key card deposit of 300 Baht will be collected when you first check in. This will be returned to you when you check out.
12. No joiners or visitors allowed in the residential area except for the lobby.
13. We reserve the right to terminate your stay if you refuse to respect other guests or violate our house rules.
14. Lockers for your valuables are available in each guest room. The hotel shall not be responsible for any loss of or damage to your personal belongings.
15. After 10.30 pm please keep quiet for respecting the sleeping guest.

We had a private room here. The location & the front desk staff were GREAT!! It is super close to the clock tower which serves as a bus station. It is in walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants. I would recommend this hostel!

good location just a quick walk to the party area and the beach, we felt safe but the building was extremely hot considering how steep the stairs were. mostly it felt abandoned and even though the staff were very friendly, they were impossible to get ahold of until around 11am. the road in front os very busy smd the walls were paper thin so you head all of the traffic and anyone talking in the next room. i wouldnt recommend this place.

Very friendly staff in quite a good location. However, the windows didn’t fully lock though which put us on edge especially when there is a sign on the balcony door saying beware of thief’s. After inspecting the bed and back wall we discovered a lot of empty egg sacs from some sort of insect on the wall so we had to move the bed into the middle of the room and use our own sleeping bags just incase. Checked out a day early.
