I highly recommend the freehand as a place to stay. The hotel itself felt very upscale yet quaint, and sophisticated yet homey. The staff was accommodating and laid back, and I loved that the bunk beds still had a semi private feel. (I was in the four bed female dorm.)
Great location with loads of public transport and I would def. Stay here again in the future. :) thanks for the great stay!

We stayed there 3 night. Bed had only a fitted sheet and a scratchy blanked with holes in it. Mattress where kinda loud when you moved around. We had the whole 6 bed room, we found old cigarets, trash, bread bag under our mattress. Room was kinda clean until you lifted a mattress. We check out on Saturday, waiting for our Uber around 18h00, we took some takeout from a place next to it. Could not eat in the lobby and they wouldn't give us access to the lounge downstairs for 20 min to let us eat.

Very nice rooms. Not a lot in the sense of community space, but the rooms themselves are very nice. Shower didn’t have soap or shampoo
