If you like to walk you can do it around of Tayazal and visit a small ruin, public beach and have a complete view of Flores, San Andre and San Jose. You have to take a boat in an out of Flores to the hostel which was time consuming, also not recommended for solo travellers, it doesn’t have that vibe lmao.

Really nice stay in San Miguel, 200 metres (M$10 boat) off Isla de Flores. More like a house than a hostel. Comfortable private room. The restaurant does really good food and cheaper beers than the isla!

Good hostel, lovely spot across the lake. The ferry cost really accumulates…
The food is decent and the staff are reasonably nice, especially Illio.
No kitchen to use and no one around when you want food, feel like you’re interrupting them.. but good aircon.
