All apartments are facing an interior courtyard; therefore you will enjoy a quiet and peaceful environment. Whether you’re travelling alone, with your partner, family or friends, we offer you all the facilities to enjoy your stay.

- Check-in is only possible from 10am to 6pm (Sundays and Holidays until 4pm)
- Cancellation policy: 72 hours before arrival. (except non-refundable rates)
- Payment upon arrival by cash or credit card.
- Check Out until 11am.
- Taxes included.

- Reception: daily open from 10am - 6pm. (Sundays and Holidays until 4pm)
- We don't serve breakfast but there’s a supermarket right in front of the apartment:)
- All rooms are non-smoking areas but smoking in the courtyard is allowed.

the very kind and friendly staff make Metro Apartments a sweet hostel to stay at.. but the bathrooms were dirty. the bin smelled like something had died in there, however the bedrooms were very clean and comfortable. Located about 45 minutes walk from central Vienna, but certainly doable. A plus is the hostel's close proximity to the grocery store.

Stayed in a 6 bed female dorm. It was really hot but the room had a fan. (Tho only one.) All the beds had sockets which was nice. There were security lockers but you need your own padlock. The kitchen had a stove and a kettle. It was simple but all we needed for cooking. It was quiet and we felt safe. The rooms are actually apartments so it wasnâ€™t really like a traditional hostel. During online check-out they tried to charge me even tho I already paid but I messaged them and apparently it was ok

Amazing Appartments, fitted out with everything you need. Super close to the underground station which can get you anywhere in Vienna at a very affordable price. The staff were incredible, David was great to chat to and had amazing recommendations.
