I flew in late at night. When I arrived, they told me one of the beds in dormitories I was staying in was broken. Then proceeded to tell me that I had to upgrade to stay with them. Even after trying to explain how I shouldn't have to pay for something that happened on their end, they proceeded to tell me that I should just go find a different place to stay. It was already midnight at this time, so I caved and paid. I was brought to a "sister" hotel half under construction.

Fine before a early flight. The staff made us feel like we should switch rooms for separate beds even though we were fine having one bed as a couple, so was glad to be leaving in the morning
