Backpackers Home is a social hostel with two shady terraces and a big outside kitchen.

The hostel is located in the Borik district, only a minute walk from the sea. To get to old town, it is either a 25 MINUTE WALK (1.8K), or a 10 minute walk (with the help of a 1.2 euro rowboat ride). Within a radius of 40 meters of the hostel is a grocery store, bakery, bus stop and pharmacy. There are 4 public beaches nearby, from 5 and 20 minutes away. The highlight, the lively old town complex, is located on a peninsula, separated from the new town. From there you can take cheap local ferries to the nearby islands to pristine beaches and beautiful hikes.

TRANSPORTATION INFO (NOT ON GOOGLE MAPS):

FROM/TO MAIN STATION: Local buses to and from the Main Station (Kolodvor) are frequent - from the main station take the 5A or 8A to Brodarica. From us, walk four minutes to Sfinga Cafe, then take the 5A or 8A to the main station. The bus schedule is not on google maps, but we are happy to help if you contact us.

FROM/TO AIRPORT: There are also frequent buses to and from the airport (look on zadar airport website for schedules). We also provide paid taxi service to/from airport - contact us for details.


Backpackers Home Policies & Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 72 hours before arrival. Cancellations made 72 hours or less BEFORE 2 PM Checkin, will be charged the FULL AMOUNT OF RESERVATION.

Check in from 14:00 to 22:30 .
Check out from 7:30 to 10:00 .

Balance is to be paid by cash or card when you arrive. Card payments subject to 2 percent processing fee.

This property may pre-authorise your card before arrival.

Taxes not included - tourist tax 1.50 € per person per night.

No curfew (but after 11PM QUIET HOURS).
