If you are looking to meet and socialize with other friendly travelers, at Book'n'Hook hostel you can choose from 6, 8 or two 14 beds mixed dorms! Our hostel is new and nicely decorated this year. Decoration is modern, and the gray color is dominating. We don't have balconies and only one room has a view.
The first room (''velika spavaonica 1'') with 14 beds is fully air-conditioned, and it's the only room with a view. Also, it's a bit away from common area.
Second room (''srednja spavaonica'') has 8 beds, fully air-conditioned. It's closer to common area.
Third room (''mala spavaonica'') has 6 beds, also fully air-conditioned, but closer to kitchen and common area.
Fourth room (''velika spavaonica 2'') has also 14 beds, fully air-conditioning, has pool table in it!
It's a bit away from the common area and closer to the bathrooms.
All bedding is provided with large, fully equipped shared kitchen, comfortable air-conditioned lounge room with plasma TV, very big sofa, 24 reception, hot showers, laundry facilities, daily cleaners, and of course free internet. Also in one part of the common area, guests have three computers they can use. In one room they can find pool table and in each room there are darts.
Our new, recently opened hostel is the perfect place for you, whether you are a student backpacker, a young family or a bunch of friends looking for a convenient place to socialize. Restaurants, bars, shops, pharmacy and other facilities are in proximity.
Our hostel is located a little bit further away from the city crowd, next to a beautiful beach and the well-known camp. But don't think our area is boring! Surrounded with lost of cafés, bars, restaurants, and much more other facilities gives you a lot of options to have fun. If you want to go to the center of Split, it takes 10 to 15 min, whether with taxi, car or bus. And if you want to play tennis, soccer or just go diving, you can do everything in the circle of 100 m from our hostel.

Very nice hostel in a great location, highely recommend. Not in centeral split, but very close to the beach and good local food.

Book n Hook is a lovely, clean hostel right on the beach, I couldn’t believe how close it was! While it’s not a super social hostel it was nice having a big comfy lounge to hang out on when recovering from big party nights. Staff were lovely and gave great recommendations. The only thing is that there’s no key for the individual rooms however the front door was always closed and us only accessible with a code so I didn’t feel unsafe. Would stay here again

The cleanest hostel I’ve ever stayed at, the bathrooms were literally sparkling when I checked in! I could actually cook in the kitchen because it was always clean, there was one time where an inconsiderate guest left their food in the sink. I told the reception about it and it was immediately taken care of, so staff are great too! It is far out of the city centre, but if you’re with a group of friends splitting an Uber is best as it is never more than €10! I needed a chill place for a few days and this is
