Hello and welcome to our backpacker's paradise!
My name is Alessandro, I work alongside my family to provide dormitory accommodation and experiences to help you discover our beautiful city of Naples! We will send you a welcome message upon booking with directions on how to get to our hostel. Our friendly staff at reception will be happy to make you an espresso and recommend the city's best spots for you. It is also possible to organize sightseeing tours in Naples, Pompeii and Sorrento for you with my Dad Gennaro who is a driver. In the evening our social area is always full of friendly travellers to meet, it is the perfect opportunity to make friends, have a beer or homemade wine from our fridge and participate in some of our nightly activities! Every night we invite our guests to eat a traditional Neapolitan dish with us cooked by my mama Rosanna, and at the weekend we organize a bar crawl for our guests to show off the city's vibrant nightlife. It will be a pleasure to introduce you to our Naples Experience family and we guarantee a stay you will never forget! In no time, you will be back.

I tried contacting the property before leaving a bad review but they did not respond. There were bed bugs, I found bites on my neck and arms the second morning, and that night after laying in bed for an hour feeling itchy I found fresh bites! They did not provide a top sheet and I do not know they wash the blankets. There are no locks on any of the doors, and the ones with a code are fake. There was never any toilet paper. I had fun though. I will just be itchy for a couple days :/

I had a great stay at Naples Experience Hostel! The staff was very kind and helpful—they gave great recommendations and helped me get a taxi quite early in the morning. The common area always had a warm and lively atmosphere. I would be wary of the pub crawl—it was nice to have a shuttle to the city center, but there was never any indication of how to get back (we ended up walking about 45 mins). Overall, the hostel is great value for the cost and I would definitely recommend.

The hostel was basic but the staff went above and beyond. We stayed one night and were upgraded from a shared room to a private 2-person room. The room was clean but not spotless and our toilet didn't flush so we used the shared bathroom downstairs. Free wifi was great. The staff were welcoming and let us store our bags in a locked room during the day. They have a free vegetarian pasta dinner every night which is a nice way to save money and meet other guests. Overall good value for the price.
