Upon arriving to Queenstown a bit earlier than anticipated, the excellent staff allowed me to store my heavier pack so I could walk around town for a bit. Check-in and check-out were super easy- I could do both completely from the tablets they provided in the lobby. The rooms and pods were easy to find, the facilities were clean and modern, and there was a good amount of space- even in the 12-person dorm. To top it all off, Lucy's was the perfect dinner spot after a long day of travel.

Kitchen facilities inadequate, one sink in men's toilet for entire floor, storage facility directly above our room creates a booming sound every ten minutes.

My Pod smelled disgusting. Broken Locker. Super tiny kitchen, no place to eat, by far not enough storage. Toilets and showers are quite dirty. Staff is also arrogant, not really willing to help you. WiFi doesn’t work in the rooms. Common area at the top floor is good at least. But all in all a very bad value for money.
