I wasn't satisfied with either online booking service or offline reception sevice..really bad. We also got our rooms cleaned event though we were still asleep. Really unprofessional staff and inflexible (not everyone!).

You probably already figured it out from the price, but this is a hotel with the option of shared rooms - you get what you pay fire. I found the quality of mine really good and clean. The social aura lacks, naturally. There is an ok equipped kitchen and centrum is either a 50 min walk or a short metro ride away. Would do again, but found it quite expensive for my kind of travel budget.

Very nice hotel, clean and the location was perfect. Very close to the Amsterdam center and near the bus, train and metro stop. Our room was clean and beautiful with a lovely wiew.
