1) Check-in from 14:00 and before 21:00. We do not have any staff after 21:00. If you will arrive after 6pm, please contact us in advance.
2) Check out Before 11:30
3) Reception working hours: 9:00 - 21:00
4) Payment on Arrival: Cash only.
5) Cancellation or amendment must be made 3 days in advance prior to arrival.
6) Breakfast is not included.
7) NO smoking in room, but have a smoking area.
8) We only accept guests the age of 18 years old or more.

Great stay, rooms were clean and light, bathrooms were nice, even better on the top floor and girls working on reception/ cafe were so helpful and made our stay so easy. We booked very last minute and had to check in at nearly midnight, one of the girls took my number and gave me a call to arrange our checkin. She went out of her way to let us checkin past 9pm and still took the time to show us around making you feel very welcome. Location is out of the centre of Chiang Mai but there’s food markets and plen

Location is not ideal because it is quite far from the center of the city. For a time, I was the only person staying there so I ended up being pretty lonely. Everything was fairly clean but I didn’t have a great time

The mattresses for dorms are reallly really hard. Similar to sleeping on the floor.
