The free bicycle to go into the city was very helpful. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious! and the bus service was slightly cheaper than 12goasia so I recommend booking through the hostel for that too :)

The staff at this hostel are outstanding, I cannot overstate it. Very kind, very informative. I had a bike crash and they picked me up, took me to hospital, stayed with me to translate everything, helped me back to the hostel, brought me food and even crutches because I couldn’t walk. Another girl I met there was worried about her journey so the manager gave his number incase she needed help. If you want a hostel that goes above and beyond this is it. They are amazing.

The owner of the hostel was so nice. I wanted to rent a bicycle and do a tour by myself, but they let me go with the other people who booked the tour. They also help me to book a bus to go to Cat Ba. Definitely recommend
