We had a perfect stay here. The owners are very nice and helpful and speak English very well. The rooms were clean, breakfast was great and we really enjoyed the pool. We would stay there again anytime!
We booked a bus to Nha trang through the hotel and it was the worst bus we have taken so far so maybe book the bus elsewhere.

Friendly staff however the owner does not communicate prices for things. She offered us to use the bikes (which she didn’t tell us it cost any money) offered to get us a taxi to the airport (again didn’t mention the price which was outrageous) so we ended up spending 2x the amount we planned to. Very sneaky. Also you won’t be able to sleep due to the dogs barking, rooster crowing, and the baby crying. Cheep rooms but we payed for it in other ways. You can find something better most likely.

Overall we enjoyed our stay; best value for your money to be walking distance to old town Hoi An. Staff is friendly but maybe a bit overbearing at times. Breakfast is basic but good - similar to most other places we’ve stayed. A bit difficult to find since it’s off the main road but it was nice to not have traffic noises. However the birds and roosters from the neighbors did wake us up every morning... being your earplugs! Bed was comfortable and room was generally clean.
