Property Description

*SEPTEMBER & OCTOBER OPENING*
*THE TREEHOUSE IS OPEN ONLY THURSDAY AND FRIDAY*
*Open Thursday 12pm, check-out Saturday 12pm*

While we are only a short drive from Granada, here at The Treehouse you?ll truly experience jungle life. Nature stairs lead you from the carpark to the private rooms and dorms building, and a few meters up you?ll find the reception and main bar area, where all the fun happens.

The three treehouses (our most sought after type of accommodation) pop out of the tick jungle, we have a zipline running through the trees as well as a canopy bridge connecting the main bar area to our hammock deck - howler monkeys are normally chilling just above our heads, up in the trees. Eco-toilets and jungle style showers are available at the two main areas of the hostel.

**Although we are a fun adult playground, we are 150m up the side of Mombacho volcano in the jungle, so please remember to take care and we recommend a good level of fitness before taking on the hike**

WE OFFER:
* A bar and restaurant with family style meals (we do not have a kitchen open for guests use)
* Free guest shuttle from hostel De Boca en Boca and Madhouse hostel, Granada to the Treehouse, Wednesday to Saturday at midday (12pm)
* Free guest return shuttle from Treehouse back to Granada, Thursday to Sunday at 11:15 am.
* Free daily workshops & tours on offer
* Free daily yoga, breath work or fitness sessions
* Community walking tour every Friday morning through the village of Poste Rojo
* Thursday Karaoke night
* Friday Party (NOT included - guests get a discount)

Excellent stay! So worth it! Book ahead because it books out. Definitely recommend staying Thursday - Saturday. Dorms far enough from the party to get some sleep if need be. Ace!

One of the best hostels I've stayed in Central America. Was lucky enough to get a spot two weeks in advance and would recommend doing that instead of the shuttle. All of the staff were super friendly and welcoming, especially Laura, one of the owners, who does a really interesting local community tour. The hostel itself is stunning, nestled in the trees with an incredible view and a cool suspension bridge between the different areas. Good clean facilities and free water. Thoroughly recommend!

We really really enjoyed our stay at the Treehouse! The view from the private treehouse is incredible. The food was always very good and the volunteers and Laura made us feel welcome at all times. Their programm point were fun and also included a comminity tour where we got to make tortillas!! Of course the party was the highlight and it was so well organised and fun that it exceeded my expectations. The vibe is immaculate and I’d definitely recommend!!
