I absolutely LOVED staying at Aldo´s! I was actually at another hostel first and only came there to meet up with some girls I had met earlier. But being there on the roof terrace I instantly felt so at home. There´s a great vibe there, very relaxed and social and the hostel is at a great location, very central. And Aldo can take you on the best climbing excursions ever!! You can also book all other excursions through him and he thinks about who to put together in rooms which is so nice. Would love to come

Wonderful! Feels like home here, loved the breafast/available food throuthroughout the day. No lockers but locks on doors. Aldo was so accomodat and Kandy keeps the hostel imaculate! All the hicking advice, bookings, luggage storage and roof top sun you could ever want.

Nice base. Good kitchen and facilities. Free bread in the morning and breakfast is a good touch. Some windows in the private room could do with replacing as the front rooms are noisy off the road. Biggest bug bear was not having a tea towel to dry up dishes, there was always a soaking wet one that was covered in all sorts of oil and food. either have a dry one or not one at all! Good info for tours, Wi-Fi was hit and miss but good location to get to all things in huaraz.
