The Ozbay hotel is located just 10 metres from the Travertines and Hierapois which can be seen from our front resturant area. We offer a quiet place to relax and a friendly atmosphere. We are a small family run hotel that has been operating in pamukkale for over 30 years.

Mi estadia fue super agradable! El personal me ayudo en todo lo que necesite. Me asesoraron acerca de las actividades en el lugar y fueron en todo momento super amables.
Las instalaciones son super comodas y espaciosas.
El lugar esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de las atracciones y a pocos minutos a pie de la estacion de buses.
Volveria sin dudas! Muy recomendado!

Overall it was a nice stay. I thought it was a dorm but it was a hotel room with two beds, shared the room with another lady. The bed was comfy, the location of the hotel is right in front of the entrance to Pamukkale. The bathroom was not as clean as you expect it to be and we couldn't use the kettle, it was really dirty and old. The owner invited us to a wedding and we could share really nice time with them during Republic Day.

The room I got the fan wasn't working, he moved me to another room but the toilet wasn't working, the guy fixed it, still wasn't working, I took photos, the place is falling apart literally, it is dirty. There are stickers at the basin not to drink tap water, so I think things are really bad there. The restaurant had dirty tablecloths, those are oily and were washed and ironed which is a big no no. Never iron oil marks. The only good thing was the bed. The blinds were 5cm apart, so no privacy.
