Our hostel comes with a garden concept which allowed customers to enjoy staying at a place full of nature.
It is located in the core of the city in Ipoh,Malaysia, and there is one hostel where flowers and glasses planted every corner. Besides, our hostel has open kitchen/ pantry for cooking lover to make their own meal, you may also easily to go to the nearest market for foods within 10 mins walk. Last but not least, we are keeping our place clean by cleaner alternative day and of course customer is our priority and hygiene will not be forgotten as well.

1. Cancellation policy: At least 2 days advance notice for free cancellation.
2. Check in from 2.30 p.m-11:00 p.m.
3. Check out latest by 11:00a.m.
4. Payment upon arrival by cash and Card. But RM 20.00 per hour as surcharge for who those wanna to check in earlier or late.
5. Reception counter operating hours 8:00 am-11:00 pm.
6. NO smoking in Room, but we do have smoking area.
7. Age restriction: Below 13 must accompanied by parent.

Overall the hostel has a lot of potential but I had to wait 3 hours to check in which was not fun and I felt like I wasn’t justly compensated for it. The rooms are too cold to sleep in (I had to sleep in a jumper and trousers) and the night cloud plays music loudly, but I was warned about that in other reviews so it wasn’t a problem. There is a nice kitchen which was helpful and it’s clean and very near the centre . I just think it needs to be managed better.

A pretty quiet hostel very close to a large shopping centre and other outlets. Staff were very friendly and it was a very calm atmosphere. The beds in the dorm were very private and the night club music did not bother me too much and didn’t keep me awake.

Great hostel. City center at walking distance and some nice restaurants around. Room was nice and clean. I did not really meet any people there and was not very social but I only stayed 1 night.
