Very dirty, can’t close the dorm’s door so everyone can get in. The toilet were broken. Would not recommand it for more than one night

Okay for some nights, cheap but easy. Good breakfast. But the door in our room coulnt close properly and the staff didn’t speak good English. They said they could help with traintickets but said they coulnt anyway when it was to late.

online we paid a percentage of the booking, on arrival we were told we needed to pay the booking in full, I disagreed with as we had already paid some.. the lady argued for 20 min, disagreeing I had paid even tho I should her on my banking app, hostel world & email, her final response was if you don’t pay it you guys can go somewhere else, but we couldn’t leave as we had already paid, other travellers apologising for how I was treated. The hostel is disgustingly dirty, nobody cleans, no keys
