Do not stay here. We checked into our room and there were live bedbugs in/on the pillows. AVOID.

good location, was the only girl at first & didnt feel safe until I talked to the staff and people in the lobby who made me feel comfortable and were lovely accommodating people. not clean though, no hot water.

They gave my passport to a random guy (i am a Canadian woman he was a european man, we don’t look alike neither does our passports), and that after arguing for 20 minutes about me not wanting to leave my passport. They waited until the last minute when i left to tell me and never said sorry or took responsibility, they instead said that it wasn’t a big deal (i cancelled my flight). Also, they will tell you they upgraded your room in a different hotel (you have no choice) and make you pay extra.
