Discover our colonial house which offers you cozy and sunny courtyards to relax and enjoy your stay. The hostel staff is always concerned about your wellbeing.
Due to the central location of the Hostel, the “plaza de armas”, the bus terminal and many sightseeing-attractions are within walking distance.
The rooms are all decorated with a lot of love and handmade wooden furniture. Each room has its own style with specially chosen pictures and typical handcrafted decorations.
Our guests can relax in our sunny patios, discover the city, join a tour to surrounding attractions or simply enjoy the endless beach promenade

Check out before 11:00 .
Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards, debit cards.

Reception open until from 08:00 to 22:00.
No curfew.
We do not accept customers younger than 18 years of age.
The maximum period of stay is of 14 days.

Clean and nice hostel. Staff are very nice and helpful. Breakfast is included and relatively simple (no eggs -although you can pay extra- so only cheese and tomato as savoury options for vegetarians). The hostel also has a food menu with sandwiches and (delicious) soups. Very near to the bus terminal, 20min walk to town center. Stayed in a private room which was clean and nice. It is a nice hostel with a very nice patio. Not very social if that’s what you’re looking for. No laundry facility

The hostel itself was clean, had incredibly friendly/helpful staff, and felt very safe (which was most important to me since it was my 1st time traveling solo as a young woman!). I also appreciated that they have a cafeteria with really reasonably priced food- especially because a lot of the restaurants I found in La Serena were pretty touristy/pricey. Only thing I didn’t love was the area, didn’t feel particularly safe walking around day or night. But very close walk to historic center.
