Welcome to Casa Dreamer, our unique and charming property nestled in the vibrant Candelaria district of Bogota. Set in a beautifully restored colonial house, Casa Dreamer pays homage to the capital's rich artistry, creativity, and captivating history. This distinctive property offers you a cozy, clean, and safe space to call home as you embark on your journey through magical Bogota.

Casa Dreamer welcomes you with its relaxing fireplace lounge, plush couches and linens, therapeutic sauna, and a rooftop terrace with beautiful views of Monserrate. Enjoy our elegant cocktail bar and full cafe and restaurant services, working with only fresh ingredients sourced from local Bogota producers.

Casa Dreamer is intended first and foremost for female travelers, and as such has prioritized comfort, cleanliness, security, and warmth in all its spaces and services. While we are enthusiastic to accept all customers, regardless of gender or orientation, the dorms are reserved exclusively for women. Privates available to everyone!

Our Little Casa:
Though Casa Dreamer is converted from the first hostel in all of Colombia, her identity is a celebration of new Bogota as well. With restored original wood structures, tiling, and funky curved finishings as our canvas, we have collaborated with young Bogotano artists and creators from across the spectrum to bring new inspiration to the property. Our linens, pillows, interior design concepts, amenity kits and skin care options are all locally-based small businesses, many of whom are working with their first hotel. This modern creativity mixed with the history of our colonial casa creates a balanced aesthetic that reflects the full vibrance and exceptionalism of our magical city.

Cozy Rooms:
Our 17 rooms - shared or private - are cozy, warm, have ample storage space, and come with (really) hot water, spacious private bathrooms, and feature super comfortable mattresses and linens! Bogota nights can get chilly, so each room has extra blankets and hand-made throw pillows to cuddle up! Ask in reception for slippers and robes for optimal lounging ;)

Decadent Amenities:
Tranquil interior courtyards with fun reading and relaxation nooks — cozy fireplaces near a warm sauna — fresh brewed pour over or French press coffees — unique cocktails and a locally sourced restaurante menu — locally-made skin and hair products — ALL are meant to offer guests a unique standard of relaxation and intention during their stay.

Located in the heart of La Candelaria, Casa Dreamer enjoys a privileged position near Parque de las Periodistas and overlooking the renowned Simon Bolivar statue. Explore the colorful streets of the historic district, immerse yourself in deep Colombian history at the Gold Museum, take in breathtaking city views at Monserrate, visit the epicenter of national government and faith in Plaza Bolivar, or enjoy city flavors in any of the exceptional nearby restaurants or cafes, all within an easy walk from Casa Dreamer.

Customer Love:
Our aim is to care for each customer throughout the entirety of their time in Bogota (and beyond!). We have amazing relationships with the best restaurants, bars, galleries, salons, and destinations around the city, and will organize private transport anywhere within 90 minutes of Casa Dreamer. When it’s time to leave Bogota and continue your adventure elsewhere in Colombia, we can make ‘locals-only’ recommendations for hotels, activities, and anything else you might be interested in experiencing. Just ask at reception and we’ll take care of everything!
