We arrived late due to a delayed flight and were told they did not have room for us. We booked over 2 months in advance. Instead, they put us up in an unprepared Airbnb a few streets over that we assumed was owned by the hostel owner. We tried to get some money back for that night but were told that the nightly cost of the Airbnb was more than the hostel so we couldn’t get a refund. We ended up in the Airbnb for the whole stay but still got to enjoy their wonderful breakfast in the hostel every day. Very beautiful hostel, wish we could have stayed in it!

Did not have my booking on file despite it being confirmed through Hostelworld. Seemed very unorganised. Luckily, I managed to find better accommodations on the fly elsewhere in Marrakech.
