Unfortunately this homestay is a little far out from main social life and hard to get to, we found taxis hard to get for a reasonable price and grab didnt locate the address. The host is really helpful though and made our day trips, renting bikes and organising our transfer to the airport really easy

A lovely Homestay, a bit far out but easily reachable by bike or taxi. The owner was very accommodating with our late check in time and was very friendly the next morning. The room was quite hot as no air con just one fan, but the bed was soooo comfy and big :)

Great host, very helpful and accommodating. Booked mopeds through the hostel which made it easier to get around, this is a necessity for exploring Ninh Binh. Quite out the way from Tam Coc, the main area for restaurants, bars and booking grabs for that matter.
