I didn't stay there. The room was fine (though a little musty smelling). But the halls, the stairs were very dark, and needed to be cleaned. It would have been a pretty depression place to spend a week. The owner/manager (he was not there when I arrived) seemed to be nice, but I couldn't recommend anyone staying there with many other options around.
