Very attentive, friendly and kind staff. Hostel situated away from main city in hotel district, much quieter but easy to source taxis if heading into town. Staff are able to organise Ha Long Bay tours / motor bike hire and transfers easily. Only negative was that there was no security for valuables that I could see. Otherwise very good value for money if you’re looking for a quieter hostel in Ha Long Bay ðŸ‘ðŸ¼

I found the people that run this hostel to be pretty rude. The dorms were ok but they didn't assign me a bed or give me a key to my locker. I had to ask for everything that at most places is provided for me. The bathrooms didn't have TP or soap. There were also mosquitos in all of the bathrooms. The room was nice and cold and it was was within walking distance of the beach.
