No one in the reception for check-in, tried it twice on two different days. Not nice atmosphere, I switch to a different hostel even without a refund of the nights I’ve booked

Do not recommend for young female travellers. Booked 2 beds for 2 nights and we were put in separate rooms. The room I was in was all older men and I was the only young female. I felt extremely uncomfortable being in this room and asked reception if I could move to my friends room but they said not possible. The beds were so close together it looked like they’d squeezed them closer and then there was mattresses on the floor for people to sleep on.
