Selina Athens Theatrou

Selina Athens Theatrou is in the square where the first theater of the city was constructed, in 1838. For more than 30 years, this square was the epicenter of the cultural scene of the city, giving birth to many political and artistic movements that have affected not only the city but the country as a whole. This exciting area has changed rapidly and is attracting like-minded travelers from all over the world.

Selina Athens Theatrou also has a rooftop, yoga, events, and a Business center ( business center may include an extra fee).

Cancellations and No-Shows
Flexible Reservations: Cancellations or modifications must be made by 3:00 PM (Local time) at least 2 days prior to arrival. Payment will be collected after free cancellation period is over. Cancellations and no-shows made beyond that time will result in a full-stay cancellation fee plus tax.

Non-Refundable Reservations: Full amount of stay (with taxes) is payable in advance by credit card at booking time. Non-refundable reservations are those made through early booking promotions and minimum stay reservations among others. Keep in mind that non-refundable reservations require full payment of the account to reserve. Payment will be processed and debited from the authorized credit card. If the charge is declined, the reservation may be cancelled. No refunds will be given for cancellations, absences or premature departures.

General:
24 hours Reception.
Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a family member or a legal guardian 18 years or older in a private room.

Other general conditions:

- Smoking is not permitted at Selina locations. A 300 euros charge will be billed to guests who do not comply.
- Coolers are not permitted at Selina locations.
- Food and drinks: If brought from outside of Selina, it must not be consumed in common areas, with the exception of the common kitchen.
- Noise: After 23:00, guests must keep noise levels to a minimum in shared dormitories.
- Pets: Selina is pet friendly. Pet owners are required to book private rooms, as pets are not permitted in dormitories. There is a cost of 10 euros per pet per night.
- Towels: For guests staying in dormitories, there is a small towel fee, and a deposit to be refunded once the towel is returned at check-out.
- Key deposit: Guests in dormitories will be charged a small key deposit to be refunded once the key is returned at check-out.
- Babys: Please note that babies (0- 1.99 yeas) are staying for free only to private rooms and we can provide a baby cot upon availability and upon request.

Please note that reservations of 5 rooms or more and 10 beds or more will be taken as group reservations, so different payment and cancellation policies might apply.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
The maximum period of stay is of 14 days.
