There were bedbugs. The owners were very kind, the price is good, the restaurant downstairs is cute, but the bedbugs turned this place into a nightmare. The rooms also smell and there is dust everywhere! Beware of this before booking!!!!

It is run by very nice people, it sits in a great, central part of Santiago, and from it, it is easy to go to whatever part you want, and many things are walking distance away.
You should however keep in mind that this is a cheap hostel, and you shouldnt expect michelin star quality rooms, i had a great time here.
