It’s a perfect place to make new friends, relax and rest up. Rest up Kathmandu Hostel is located in central hub of tourist Paknajol Marg, Thamel, where array of restaurant, shop and travel agencies are located.
We have two story roof top terrace restaurant with magnificent view of mountains and Kathmandu valley very high speed Wi-Fi access is available for free throughout the property. Breakfast and food are served in terrace restaurant.
Our hostel has neat and clean bunk beds and private room. English is not your mother tongue? That’s not a problem! We have multilingual staffs that are here to help us.

It’s one of the best hostel I have been. The location is great, the staff is super nice, they were very helpful with everything and the hostel has an amazing big common area and a bar all day open to eat and drink. Everything is positive except that in the last floor there is only one bathroom to share for more than 8 people. Very good place to stay, meet people, enjoy and relax in the common area.

Nice hostel in the heart of Thamel. The highlights are definitely the staff and the roof top terasse with a nice view over Monkey Temple!
Downside: no lockers in bedroom
