The place is well located in middle of city. The people whom I met were really nice and caring. Only the cleaning part is concern and less ventilation inside room.

Wrong pictures, it's not the actual pic of the hostel. It was just 7 beds on a floor with no facilities. This place should notbe listed in hostel world to maintain the reputation and standards.

We only stayed one night at Hotel Bengal so I can't really comment on the atmosphere or facilities (we arrived late and left early). However, I'd say that you get what you pay for. It was really cheap but pretty dirty, so if you're on a budget its a good option but definitely not the best place I've stayed. That said, Michael (reception) was wonderful, so kind and helpful, especially as when we arrived we were a little flustered.
