The Central House Lisbon Baixa

The Central House Lisbon Baixa creates a local, homelike environment in one of the nicest locations in the city center. Once you get in, you will automatically feel like home. You may choose from a private double room ensuite or a bed in a shared dorm ensuite. All dorms include a bed already made with fresh and clean linen, a curtain for more privacy and also a personal reading light as well as a plug.
Continental Breakfast is served daily. Additional services available include free Wi-Fi internet access, 24 hours reception, excursions desk for tours and activities.

Check in starts at 3:00 p.m. The Central House Lisbon Baixa has a 24/7 reception.

The total amount of the booking shall be charged 2 day before the arrival for the free cancellation policy bookings (fully flexible). For the non-ref bookings the total amount shall be charged upon confirming the reception of the booking.

Check out information:
Check out is until 11a.m. You are welcome to leave your luggage in our free storage room.
Check in starts at 3:00 p.m.Rodamon Hostel has a 24/7 reception.

General:
Taxes not included - occupancy tax 2 EUR per person per night

Breakfast not included - 7.50 EUR per person per day.

If you are under 18 you must be accompanied by a responsible adult (parent). No one under the age of 18 can share a dormitory with anyone who is not part of their group.

Due to the new Covid measures implemented in Portugal, from the 10th July in the whole continental territory, at check-in or for access to hotel and local accommodation establishments the EU Digital COVID Certificate or a negative test will be required.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation policy for flexible rates: 48h before arrival. In case of late cancellation, the first night of the stay will be charged. In case of No show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Cancellation policy for non-refundable rates: changes and cancellations are not allowed. The reservation is charged when the booking is confirmed.
When booking for more than 10 people or more than 5 nights, special conditions and supplements may apply.
Children and minors can only stay in private rooms accompanied by an adult.

Where the Customer has been offered a discounted rate on condition that the Booking becomes non-refundable upon cancellation then, provided the Customer has been informed of such Condition, in the event of cancellation of the Booking, all Charges applicable to that Booking remain payable in full.

Where the Customer fails to give sufficient notice of cancellation as per clause 1.1 or fails to arrive (no show) at the Hostel, the Booking will be deemed cancelled and the Customer must pay the Hostel an amount equivalent to the Charges applicable to the full amount of the stay at the Hostel.

The Central House Lisbon Baixa may at any time cancel a Booking if the Hostel becomes unavailable due to circumstances outside The Central House Lisbon Baixa's control in which case The Central House Lisbon Baixa will pay the Customer a full refund of any Charges and any booking fee paid except those paid to Hostelworld as booking deposit.

The Central House Lisbon Baixa may at any time cancel the Booking if the payment details provided by the Customer are invalid and the Customer fails to provide alternative valid details.

The property may ask for a pre authorisation of your credit card, if it does not work, the guest would be contacted in order to update his/her credit card details. If the guest does not answer within 48 hours, the Property will have the right to cancel the booking.
