Had a very relaxing time. Best Hostel in San Juan. The urban location is average but service and value can't be beat. Outstanding staff.

I was there for a month, so I can say with high confidence that the refrigerator issues will never be fixed, the wet bar, which they call a "kitchen", will always be trashed, and there will never be an on-premises manager. The owner/manager stops by on weekends to fix things. The rest of the time it's run by short-timers who move on after 2-3 weeks. They were good people doing their best, but there was no-one really in charge. They did keep baths & dorms clean, tried to keep the kitchen clean.
