nice hot showers, no issues. They do reserve a £50.00 deposit on your card when you check in which i don't think is made very clear in the listing information

Having faced unexpected circumstances and dealing with considerable stress I booked this last minute. On arrival I learned the 'rooms' were actually capsules. At this point I had a full anxiety attack.
However, the staff were superb and very sympathetic. They immediatley gave me space and time to control the attack. Then, they arranged a regular size room in their sister property across the street. I just had to pay the difference.

Overall, would not come back. Nice concept and idea but since this is a hostel I highly lacked a common kitchen. You could not prepare your own food, and the only fridge was in the staff room so you would have to keep asking them to put food away or take it out. Also, you can use the fridge only if you buy something from the bar which I found vert weird. The facilities were clean, but capsule doors were impossible to shut without making so much noise.
