We thought we were booking Dalvik Hostel, we were not told it was part of Hotel Dalvik, this was more expensive than the proper hostel, only one toilet and shower between 4 rooms, and very limited cooking pots and pans.
The information must be clearer as to the fact it is attached to the hotel and NOT the Dalvik Hostel having two places with the same name makes this a con.

I had low expectations as I had to book this place because I was stranded in Dalvik. But it was great! They have a separate annex for shared rooms, a good bathroom and a fantastic kitchen/dining room, all very clean and well maintained. The room was spacious, fresh-smelling with fluffy towels, etc, and the view of the mountains was amazing. It helped that I had the whole room to myself even though I was paying for one bed. Handy service station / bus stop almost opposite. A very pleasant stay.
