Central and Basic Universitat is aimed at a relaxed traveler wanting not only to know the city but to live it.Set in the lively Ciutat Vella District, next to the MACBA Museum, we are only 5 minutes walk from Universitat Square.

Central and Basic Universitat is also surrounded by a variety of shops and supermarkets, a 5-minute walk from some of the most modern bars and restaurants in the city. Our Neighborhood is an interesting and exciting area of Barcelona has a personality and a special character, which make it a must-see area.

Decorated with bright colours, we have room for everyone, singles, doubles, triple and quadruple too, most of them with shared bathroom, but we also have private bathrooms options, free toiletries are also provided, we do not have 24 hours reception always willing to help you out, and we also have free WIFI!

-The price does NOT include towels.
We have towels for rent for 3? each towel at the reception.
-Our reception closes at 20:00. If you plan to arrive later than 20:00 you must let us know so that we can arrange for somebody to check you in at the hostel. There is an EXTRA fee for arriving later than 22:00 of 10? per reservation and 15.00e for check in after midnight.
-The price does NOT include the city taxes, city taxes are 1,93? until March 31st 2022 and 3.03? from April 01st 2022.
