The staff was very rude and unhelpful. Mostly lazying around. When asked something the reaction would be so rude that one wouldn't bother asking again. I have been to many hostels as I constantly travel, never before had such a poor experience with the staff.
Cleanliness was also lacking. Bathrooms could be cleaner and better maintained.
